trouble registering DS 708

Purchased a new DS 708 and have created an account. When i try to register the device, the message dissapears after 30 seconds which is not long enough to connect to wifi. I have tried to re enter the adress once connected. It redirects to the new site but when i try to log in it says unable to process because of a network error please try again later. Ive tried a few times but no success. Has anybody else had this issue -

Hi, have you got this problem solved? Did you use the browser on the DS708 to get on line? If yes, please try to do registration on a computer. Thanks!
